All vehicles purchased through our platform remain fully owned by the client. The company provides professional fleet management services including rental coordination, operational handling, and maintenance oversight. Ownership rights are not transferred to the company at any stage.

2. Fleet Management Services

By enrolling in the fleet program, the owner authorizes the company to manage rental operations on their behalf. This includes booking management, pricing optimization, customer handling, and vehicle utilization.

3. Earnings & Payouts

Earnings generated from vehicle rentals are distributed according to the agreed ownership plan. Payout cycles may vary depending on utilization rates, operational conditions, and contractual terms.

4. Vehicle Maintenance

The company ensures that all vehicles remain in optimal condition through scheduled maintenance, inspections, and service coordination. Costs may be covered either by the owner or operational revenue, depending on the agreement.

5. Liability

The company is not liable for unforeseen damages, external accidents, or third-party misuse of vehicles during rental periods. Insurance coverage applies where specified in the ownership agreement.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement under the conditions stated in the ownership contract. Vehicles may be withdrawn from the fleet subject to notice periods and operational clearance.

7. Changes to Terms

The company reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
